SUMMARY:May 2016 regular club meeting (note new date and location)
DESCRIPTION:This meeting will be Sunday\, May 15 at 1pm at the home of Jeanne Malterer\, W3507 County Rd R\, Iron Ridge (just east of St. Michael’s Church). No potluck.  Please bring a snack to share\, beverage of your choice and your own folding chair. Presentation begins promptly at 1pm in the garage!  \nGuest speakers will be Waupauca County beekeepers Dr. Mike Bauer\, and Kent Pegorsch\, who traveled to Nicaragua last winter as a part of the Nicaraguan Bee Project www.nicabejaproyecto.org/   \nFollowing the presentation\, there will be a wagon ride visit to the Malterer beeyard “down by the pines”\, weather permitting.  Hive inspection\, Q & A\, and seasonal management techniques will be discussed. Great learning opportunity for newbees and old beeks. \n
